MARINATED SALMON
Our commitment to freshness means our products are prepared upon order and are never subject to freezing. Upon delivery, please refrigerate all items immediately and enjoy them within 3 days for peak flavour. For those looking to enjoy our products at a later time, freezing is an option. Prior to cooking the frozen product, thawing is essential. This can be easily done by immersing the product in lukewarm water for awhile or a leisurely overnight stay in the refrigerator.

Pan fry
1. Remove the contents of the vacuum bag and empty into a bowl. 2. Mix the contents in the bowl well to refreshen marinade. 3. Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Set the salmon fillet in the pan, skin side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes without moving the fillets. 5. Carefully flip the salmon fillet, and cook for another 4 minutes without pressing the fillets down as they cook. 6. When the salmon is flakey and cooked through, remove the fillet.
Grill
1. Preheat your grill/Bbq to medium-high heat (about 400°F/204°C). Brush the grill grates with a little oil. 2. Remove the salmon from the vacuum bag and allow any remaining marinade to drip off (this will help prevent flare ups while grilling). 3. Set the salmon fillets skin side up and cover. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the salmon releases easily from the grill grates. 4. Carefully flip the salmon and close again. Grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through and flakey.
Oven Bake
1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). 2. Line foil in a baking dish or tray. 3. Remove the salmon from the vacuum bag and set the salmon skin side down in foil lined baking dish. 4. Pour the marinade over the fish (this will help keep it moist as it cooks). 5. Set the baking dish in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakey.
Air-Fry
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Spray the basket lightly with oil. 2. Remove the salmon fillets from vaccum bag and the marinade. 3. Place the fillets skin side down inside the basket. 4. Cook for 7-9 minutes, or until the fish is flakey and cooked through.
